FEP Heat Shrink is an essential instrument in the manufacturing process and reflow of catheters and various medical devices. FEP heat shrink is mainly employed to assist in fusing Pebax or Nylon extrusions with a PTFE inner layer. This pairing creates the core structure of the standard catheter shafts. Cathtube provides a custom-made FEP Heat Shrink, designed specifically to offer a superior radial compression during reflow and to enhance extrusion-to-liner attachment during the reflow process.
